Among the data collected, ISOW may process sensitive data, such as biometrics, for the purposes of preventing fraud and ensuring the security of contracted services. We may also collect and process data to comply with applicable current legislation.

the Central Bank of Brazil to register and consult your information in the Credit Information System (SCR) database, which also contains information registered by other institutions authorized to operate by the Central Bank with which you maintain a contractual relationship. 
credit protection services, in government bodies, regulatory bodies, credit bureaus, clearing services and Positive Registry, recording and sharing information including personal data, credit history, among others.

You expressly authorize ISOW to share some of your information with third parties and with companies in the same economic group to continue enjoying the best services and experience using our applications and service channels. We may share data with third parties to provide contracted services, such as identification and authentication; enabling offers and services from ISOW or companies from the same group of offers and services or companies from the same economic group; credit protection; operationalization of new products; preventing and combating financial crimes, technical or security problems in identification processes, among others. 

What are the rights of data subjects?

You always have the option of not disclosing your data to us, but keep in mind that some of this data may be necessary requirements to register on our platforms or use some of our features and products that we offer. 

Regardless of this, you will always have rights relating to privacy and protection of your personal data, and we are not only concerned about the security of this data, but we are also concerned that you have access to and knowledge of all your rights relating to personal data.

We mention some rights guaranteed by the General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and other Brazilian laws relating to data protection:

Your account is protected with a password for your privacy and security. We use the most modern information security technologies to transmit, process and store our customers' data.
